Saw a car online. Called them saying I was coming to see it, made an appointment with them. Not even a week later, there’s a redline in the screen and passenger running board motor is broken. Called them to use the warranty to fix it, they had the car about a week. It is still not fixed, they’re overcharging the warranty company so they’re expecting me to pay the difference. Sadly disappointed. More

I was only in for an oil change; the invoice indicated that they did a check of my fluids and filters and said they are fine. But, because of the age of the car (2017) and the mileage (19,000), they reco that they did a check of my fluids and filters and said they are fine. But, because of the age of the car (2017) and the mileage (19,000), they recommended that all of the fluids and filters should be changed at an approximate cost of $2,000!. More
