bought a car from Machens in September and they ended up buying the car back from me bc the timing chain needed to be replaced. (There was a squeak when we test drove the vehicle and we had agreed the squeak would be fixed before taking car home.) Getting to this point was super drawn out and communication was absolutely terrible. They are now trying to sell the same car for less than I paid, without disclosing the timing chain issue. I will never be purchasing from Joe Machens again. I’ve attached screenshots on other sites like Facebook, Google, and Yelp with conversations I’ve had with sales people demonstrating the above.
