Simply the best experience ever purchasing a vehicle!!! Last night bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude and thanks to a few great employees it went so smooth. Gabby our salesperson was simply the most professional start to finish then I’ve ever experienced in my life. Shoutout to Sunny, Raja and Vito for all your help to get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. The process was smooth from start to finish. Was kept informed on the next step and always made sure my wife and I were hydrated with water or soda and even was given a breakfast bar by Harry when we looked famished after a full day of work and car buying. I cannot stress enough of how this is the best dealership you will ever but a car from. More

People were helpful and friendly Getting the price online for the vehicle with all of my discounts was a great experience. I got the truck for the price I wanted. I also was able to Getting the price online for the vehicle with all of my discounts was a great experience. I got the truck for the price I wanted. I also was able to trade-in my vehicle for what I wanted. The only negative experience was being there for 2 hours on the day I was signing the paperwork and another 2 hours the next day to pick up and finalize the trade in and DMV paperwork. It was a long process. But everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. More

Great Service Center. Unpleasant sales experience The service center has become an excellent facility that I would not hesitate to recommend. The sales department is not. My experience with the sales department and post sales followup spoiled the overall dealer experience. After repeated calls unanswered, FCA customer care stepped in to try resolve issues and FCA in turn became so frustrated by calls not returned to THEM and issues unresolved that they turned to another dealership to resolve them. The other dealership resolved these issues instantly. More
