Fantastic experience working with Emily I couldn't be happier with my overall sales experience. From the first moment I was contacted by Michael and Mei Kei (after an internet query), I was I couldn't be happier with my overall sales experience. From the first moment I was contacted by Michael and Mei Kei (after an internet query), I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Mei Kei reached out to me right away with the information I was looking for. Then, I worked with Emily at the dealership, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and listened carefully to what I really wanted (including the options I needed and those I didn't). She immediately connected me to the right inventory based on our conversation and made me feel absolutely comfortable during the transaction, which was smooth and efficient. I never felt pressured or rushed, and Emily answered all of my questions thoroughly and directly. Finally, Milton was also great with financing and warranty information, and I especially appreciated how clearly he explained the transaction and paperwork while still helping to move me through the process quickly. I arrived at 11 for a test drive and was driving a new car off the lot by 3-- fantastic team work. Thank you for a great experience! More

No nonsense. High service. I talked to a number of dealers and this one was kind enough to give me their best price over the phone.
