I have purchased my last few cars from Carmax because of past experiences with dealerships. Michael has a calming manner and is very knowledgeable. There was no pressure in the sale. Completely unnecessary to pull a customers credit when paying cash. I strongly pushed back but the salesman said it was policy and no way around it.
