Excellent dealership and service department at this Lexus in Mount Kisco. I have been going here for over 10+ years and have several Lexus vehicles and they are the best. The experience here is consistently in Mount Kisco. I have been going here for over 10+ years and have several Lexus vehicles and they are the best. The experience here is consistently excellent- I have only had positive experiences: accurate diagnosis, free accurate estimates, accommodate customers with loaner when available and if waiting they work very hard to complete work thoroughly and accurately, provide free multi-point inspection to make sure vehicle is safe and to predict what may be needed for next service, and all with excellent accommodating customer service and professionalism. Excellent Lexus dealership in Mount Kisco NY- excellent sales team- bring a quote from somewhere else and they will work with you (they don’t raise their acquisition and disposition fees like other dealers sales team- bring a quote from somewhere else and they will work with you (they don’t raise their acquisition and disposition fees like other dealers) AND they have an excellent service department! I have quite a few vehicles that I service for myself and for others (friends and family) and I have always received the best service consistently here at Lexus Mt Kisco (Darcars) I have been coming here for over 8 years and have had 4 Lexus and I only come here now.
