Even though I’m not originally from Vermont, I feel like I’ve been adopted into the community and have found my home. Growing up I was always around sports and sports cars, so it only made sense that athletics took me through college, and my career has been centered around the auto industry. When I'm not at the dealership you'll find me spending time exploring and enjoying my favorite places in the area, at a sporting event, or looking for another canyon road to carve in my Mustang GT. If you ever come into our dealership, just look up and I'm sure you'll see my head above everyone else's.

You know this is a lie, Zack. You would not pick up the phone when I called and the operator said you were sitting right next to Mark when I spoke to him about this repeatedly. Emails and phone messages were never returned. I am certain that you and Michael Stock were aware of the broken door lock because it does not work with the code, the key fob or the button on the door. And you must have noticed it when you entered the vehicle. Now I cannopt lock my vehicle and it is appalling that you would leave a woman in such an unsafe situation. I do not want to leave my vehicle with your mechanics who bald-faced lied about "making several appointments" that they claim I did not show up for. I asked Mark Hallihan and Dana in the service dept to please send me any emails of phone recordings, phone records or any records at all that prove that these appointments were made or that any of you even attempted to return my calls for the last 6 weeks. They refused to do that because that would show that your service department obviously lied time and again. Why would I leave my vehicle with people who are so malicious as to lie about something that can easily be proven is a lie? There must be something wrong with you because the head determines where the tail follows with any snake, Zack. I also asked Mark Hallihan, Michael Stock and Celeste Derosier (who I purchased the warranty from) where I could take the vehicle to have the door lock fixed closer to my home. They have refused to respond to any emails of messages. Michael Stock and Mark Hallihan both told me that if I did not bring it to your location that I would have to pay to have it fix out of my own pocket and that the extended coverage that I purchased from Celeste Derosier for nearly $3,000 extra would not cover it even though I contacted Michael within an hour after leaving the lot with the faulty vehicle. I asked Celeste to please contact me with a copy of my coverage and she did not. I called Ford and they told me that you lied and that I can get it fixed elsewhere if I like. You are simply dishonest people and I have no clue what type of criminals raised you people, but you and they should be deeply ashamed.
