I'm a seasoned shopper and my wife and I come to battle when looking for a car, this was no such drama.. really refreshing. We had a price, knew our numbers, they were happy to meet them with an amazing car. He makes scented candles on the side... curious and professional salesman and the entire staff that supported him (manager, GM, Finance manager, retailers...) made this (our second Mazda CX-9, sixth new car purchase) really great. Stands out from all other purchases... by far. More

He was very descriptive and made sure that I understood all the information that was put infront of me. Not once did I feel that I was being gotten for my dollars or taken advantage of. Charles even drove me to the bank to withdraw my down payment I was really surprised about that. Overall I feel I would not have gotten the same customer service or experience if I were with a different salesman. Thank you Charles and thank you Mazda for my brand new CX-5!! More
