Changed my mind! As a long time Ford owner and 'fanboy' i was very apprehensive about buying a Jeep. We didn't come to a deal immediately, but he kept going to bat for me with the management team until we came to an agreeable deal. This will not be my last car from Mike. More

My husband and I have been dealing with the same salesperson for many years for all of our vehicle needs, and were worried because we had recently dis My husband and I have been dealing with the same salesperson for many years for all of our vehicle needs, and were worried because we had recently discovered he had retired. came in to Route 46 thinking we would not find someone who would make us feel welcomed and as sure that we were getting a great deal as our previous salesman from route 4 did until we met Mike Solomon! Mike greeted us at the door with a warm smile and a friendly disposition and made us feel immediately welcomed and valued. He helped us get a great deal and paid attention to every detail! would definitely recommend Mike and this dealership to anyone! More

Horrible experience, egocentric scammers Went in to look at a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Didn't even deal with the sales guy (SOLOMON) right away, dealt with some underling who gave me the Went in to look at a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Didn't even deal with the sales guy (SOLOMON) right away, dealt with some underling who gave me the keys and told me "go look for the car in the lot". Looked for the car for about ten minutes pressing the panic button. After the test drive, went back to speak with the sales guy, who sat down and said "There's nothing we can do, you owe on your current car (Jeep Compass) and I can't sell this car for a lower price unless you give me more money down. Plus you don't qualify for certain discounts so I have to add to the price" They jack up the price by $2000 because I was a new costumer, that's one way of LOSING a new costumer you idiots. Very unprofessional, unwilling to work with the costumer experience. I ended up finding a 2015 Jeep Trailhawk with less miles and paid less than what Route 46 was asking, plus this dealer paid off my Jeep Compass and worked with me to find a reasonable monthly payment. It's sad that a Jeep Dealer wouldn't take my Jeep Compass but an Acura dealer had no problems. Definitely will not attempt to buy a vehicle from this dealer again. More
