An exceptionally professional service and experience with Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC dealership, Sales person, Management and Staff. I have purchased many cars from different dealerships, throughout the tri Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC dealership, Sales person, Management and Staff. I have purchased many cars from different dealerships, throughout the tri-state region. I have never been back to the same location twice. Literally, I had an appointment for a vehicle that I wanted, I drove 2 hours, walked in at 6:00PM and walked out at 8:00PM with the keys in hand. This dealership has risen to the top of my list for any future auto purchase. More

I went to the dealership and met with Tyler Carroll, He was extremely kind and is willing to do everything in his power to get me into a SUV. The SUV I went to see was sold the day before, but I trust that was extremely kind and is willing to do everything in his power to get me into a SUV. Definetly NOT Graham Motor Company anymore!!! Horrible! Attempted to buy a 20 year old vehicle 07NOV2021. It was actually in very good shape. The vehicle came with no warranty.. we spent approximately 1hour ensuring it was mechanically sound. Apparently this was unacceptable to Jason Wittman (salesman). He apparently had a customer coming from 3 hrs away that wanted to test drive the vehicle. We specifically asked if these people had put money or a hold on the vehicle, to which we were told that no, they don’t do that there, it is first come, first serve. I had been working with Mike Shear who was outstanding. Apparently Jason’s customer came when I was in the process of test driving and checking over the vehicle. When we arrived back at the dealership Jason was there to collect the keys, with a rude comment about how long we had been test driving the vehicle. I told him there was no need for them to test drive as we were going to purchase the the vehicle(cash). I told him if he allowed the test drive we were no longer interested. Long story short the couple test drove the vehicle while we were attempting to purchase. I have never experienced this in the 30 yrs I have been buying cars. The vehicle was a manual and 4WD. A lot of people can’t drive manuals correctly or test the 4WD on dry roads. I just spent the time to ensure the clutch was in spec and the synchros were good. The rear main seal was not leaking and it had no major rust issues and Jason is letting people joy ride in the vehicle we were purchasing. Unbelievable! Of course no one there seem to think this was problem. Mr. Farling (manager) was no help and stated I am sure it was a misunderstanding. It was not and I was very clear with Jason. I had 2 Cadillac’s serviced there and recommended their dealership to all my friends and family for years. Obviously this has ended as of today. We did not purshase the vehicle. Faulkner and Lawerance dealerships will thank you! I tried to explain to Mr. Farling that I am well qualified buyer and local. This seemed to make no difference to Mr. Farling. He said my income does not matter. I was simply trying to explain to him that I have 2 kids that will be driving soon and in need of a car. That I am a GM fan and actually attempted to buy a 50k truck from them in 2019 but it was being shipped to a dealer in MD and no longer was available. I bought a truck from Lawrence the same day for 49,500. I was not able to convey this to him as he kept cutting me off. I checked their website 1st everytime I have looked for a car over the years because of our past relationship. I think it’s pretty clear the relationship is over and I’m pretty sure they could care less. More

Michael was really good working with and very nice. He was not at all pushy, or tried talking me into buying but was very respectful. I would recommend anyone going there and asking for Michael. was not at all pushy, or tried talking me into buying but was very respectful.
