I took my Class C RV to Sunset Ford for warranty work and an oil change, and I am very happy with the outcome. Very few dealers have a lift large enough to handle my RV. I was on a waiting list for an exte an oil change, and I am very happy with the outcome. Very few dealers have a lift large enough to handle my RV. I was on a waiting list for an extended time when the lift was out of service, but Chris did not forget me; he contacted me when the lift was available again and managed to fit me into a very busy schedule. Mike, my service rep, was pleasant, courteous, and professional. When my RV was ready, Mike was out of the office, but his teammate Jamey was watching Mike's back, knew that I was anxious to get the vehicle back, and contacted me to let me know that my vehicle was ready. Maybe it was "the luck of the draw", and I did not get a name, but I heard that one of the best technicians in the shop worked on my vehicle. It was an excellent team effort on part of the service team and I will be happy to return there for future maintenance. More
