This was by far the BEST car buying experience of my life! We had not specifically planned on buying a new car on that particular day but as fate would have it, we did! Carla Terrero was our Sales Assoc life! We had not specifically planned on buying a new car on that particular day but as fate would have it, we did! Carla Terrero was our Sales Associate whom asked if we needed help while we were browsing on the lot. She was professional, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, kind, friendly and very helpful in finding the best car with the features & benefits that we were looking for! She was simply amazing!! I would like to add that this is our first Acura after owning 8 brand new Subarus over the years!!! The RDX is a dream to drive and I’m loving it! Tom Casey assisted in the sale and Michael Sabulski, as well as Carla, assisted with answering all questions about the car. It was a fabulous experience. The ease of completing the sale was wonderful with the Finance gentleman. This will be our go to dealership from here on out! Thank You MotorWorld Acura!! More

Tom the manager. Dustin the salesman and Justin in a finance. 10/10 experience and we didn’t even buy an Acura! Tried going to Honda next door and had no luck with th Dustin the salesman and Justin in a finance. 10/10 experience and we didn’t even buy an Acura! Tried going to Honda next door and had no luck with their management. D***head to be honest, tried to bend us over on a lease turn in which was our 3rd Honda through that dealer. The staff at Acura went above and beyond, they were polite, personable, laid back and not pressuring. I think it speaks for itself when the staff from a different brand out performs said brand on their own product and customer service skills. Seems like Honda Motorworld Wilkes Barre needs some new leadership! With that being said, go see the guys at Acura, they can sell any brand on the lot! More

I ordered my RDX February 26 and finally received it August 3, needless to say I was frustrated at times. Thanks to George Thomas and Tom Casey in maintaining their patience, professionalism and putting August 3, needless to say I was frustrated at times. Thanks to George Thomas and Tom Casey in maintaining their patience, professionalism and putting up with me I finally got the vehicle I wanted. These men are a definite asset to your dealership. George was on vacation when I took delivery and I dealt with Michael Sabulski, a very knowledgeable and friendly young man, very helpful in explaining the technology in the vehicle. These guys are second to none, I'm extremely pleased with all aspects of the transaction. More
