Mike was personable without being fake. Responsive, answered texts immediately and took care of everything in a timely fashion. I was in and out in two days! In all transparency I used cars.com to shop cars for a couple months but the entire process once I decided on a car was seamless, zero pressure and everything was taken care of. Worst experience of my life promised to fix stuff on a truck before I bought it. First they painted over rusted rocket panels to see if I would notice .(Stated before sale they were going to be replaced ) truck before I bought it. First they painted over rusted rocket panels to see if I would notice .(Stated before sale they were going to be replaced )Eventually fixed rocket panels Correctly after a month and a half .also was supposed to replace something else and when not replaced correctly, they stated that they tried and couldn’t do it. when trying to contact them Was always sent a voicemail with no call back. Received a tiny rental from them that stunk like cigarette smoke and was filthy and had to stay in it for a month and a half to two months. Sales manager Eric stated it is what it is you don’t like it I’ll rip the xxxxing thing off and replace it in 3yrs I don’t know what kind of Joe Schmoe Place that was, but I would be very upset if I was affiliated with Empire Hyunda More
