Then I contacted dealerships by e-mail, trying to avoid the dreaded "car salesman" pitch and pressure. When I finally had to go in person, I chose Cityside for its convenience and friendly reputation. By luck I got Tom.... laid back, open and friendly, no hard sell.... a good listener who gave me exactly what I wanted. I will recommend Tom to all my friends. I look forward to my maintenance visits just so I can chat with Tom some more. More

We were referred to Mark Lidano from a friend and it was truly the best experience we ever had. He was super professional and friendly and tried to make sure we understood every step along the way. We had some very specific requests and Mark helped us get everything ready and find a car. Even though it took about 4 weeks for them to find the car we wanted he updated us frequently and always let us know what was going on. We are very happy with the car we picked up yesterday and everything was hassle free. I can definitely recommend this dealership and especially Mark Lidano!!! More

This was my Best experience ever with making a decision on where to buy a car.Thanks to the staff at City side Subaru. From the mont I entered until I drove out with my New Car, the staff could not have been nicer. I must start with Tom D'Alessandro (WOW) he has to be the most pleasant sales person ever he took complete time with me,first explaining the engine and showing a few (very short tutorials) so I could understand the quality of my Legacy. When we went for a test drive, he was very calm and explain any details and options that the car had. Working with Tom was like being with a friend (this was day 1 of meeting him) THANK YOU TOM ! When it came to trading in my car, Tome introduced me to his manager Nate,again a pure pleasure. Nate was kind and very Generous with my trade in. Thanks Nate. Lastly, all my financing was done by Michael,fully explained everything before signing, he went trough it all again. I can't say enough about this Company. Most importantly Thank you Patrick B for sending me to City Side. I LOVE MY CAR ! More

I met him when I was having my old Subaru serviced and was impressed with his knowledge of the new cars and car! Tom was friendly and informative. Mike was great too and made the sale process easy. This is my second Subaru with this dealership in 5 years and everyone has been wonderful including the service department. We tried a more local dealer but they were playing games with us. Gave us a ridiculous price for the Forester that was just not acceptable. Tried Truecar.com and found Cityside Subaru. They treated us wit with us. Gave us a ridiculous price for the Forester that was just not acceptable. Tried Truecar.com and found Cityside Subaru. They treated us with respect and like intelligent human beings. Gave us a great price and a better over;; deal. Better price on the trade in too. No haggling, they just came right out and gave us their best! These people here are the best! Don't even waste your time somewhere else. Just come here and get it done! Very professional! More

This dealership had a large inventory and they were able to offer the best price in the region (I checked at least 10 other dealers in New England before making a final decision). They were extremely he to offer the best price in the region (I checked at least 10 other dealers in New England before making a final decision). They were extremely helpful with all the details, paperwork, registration etc. I've got there with a rental car and I left the dealership the few hours later driving a new Forester. Buying a new car could be a long stressful process, however my experience with this dealer was almost as easy as buying a new pair of shoes. Mr. Rosenberg is not the average car salesman, in fact he breaks some of the preconceptions one might have. Working with him was a real pleasure. The only thing missing was a good expresso ;-) More
