My name Is Mike Meyer. I'm married to my wonderful wife, Penny, and we have an amazing hockey player son, Jayden. I graduated from Seckman in 2005, I am a hardcore Blues fan and for fun I work out and spend time with my family. Everything was great through the buying process. However, I don't appreciate the fact that my trade-in vehicle has not been paid off in full 12 days after purchase. In the day of electronic payments However, I don't appreciate the fact that my trade-in vehicle has not been paid off in full 12 days after purchase. In the day of electronic payments and payments being processed in 5 days or less, I have a vehicle loan that is still open accruing interest I don't even own any longer. Chase has 3 records of payoff information being attained. However, there is no record of a payment being sent to pay off the vehicle as of 1/23. From having worked with multiple dealerships that had paid off my trade-in vehicle in full in less than a week, this is unacceptable and disappointing. More
