Our initial car salesperson, Gary Sanchez, was amazing and we came to an agreement. Then, we met with Andrew Dickensheets who was comedically horrible. First, he falsely raised our monthly payment amou and we came to an agreement. Then, we met with Andrew Dickensheets who was comedically horrible. First, he falsely raised our monthly payment amount and got defensive when we noticed and asked about it. Then, he attempted to strong-arm us into buying a warranty package. Once we denied it, he got angry and slammed papers/made passive-aggressive remarks during the rest of the process including that "our kind" of people would "probably not be driving much anyway so a warranty package covering up to a certain mileage would be ideal." No clue what he was insinuating. I am happy that we were able to secure the vehicle, but Andrew Dickensheets is the epitome of the insecure, sleazy care salesman trope straight out of a movie. It's also interesting how every positive review of Mr. Andrew from 2023 only states positives about Gary Sanchez... and Gary is not listed under employees so you have to submit reviews of Gary Sanchez under Mr. Andrew... More

Cary was absolutely respectful, kind, courteous and knowledgeable about the Honda products. As an older woman who is used to having men talk down to me or treat me as less than, I was impressed that f knowledgeable about the Honda products. I bought my first Honda at this dealership in 2017. I recently went back looking for another Honda. I was greeted immediately by Gary, who was not very friendly or helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he turned me over to Mike. Mike made an offer on a vehicle I was interested in but later went back on his word. He did call other dealerships in the state and was going to have a white Accord delivered. I told him I would pick it up myself and he declined to tell me where it was located and that I would not find it. Guess what, Mike...I FOUND it and I bought it!! Never going back to Garcia again. Poor service More

This Dealership is outstanding. They did everything to get me the 2023 Honda Pilot AWD. I had my other Hondas serviced there and was very impressed with the service Department. I had previously leased an HRV from Garcia Honda, and now I am currently leasing a Civic from them as well..A few days ago, I went into the Dealership after work, and I spoke with Cary Carr, and while he was I am currently leasing a Civic from them as well..A few days ago, I went into the Dealership after work, and I spoke with Cary Carr, and while he was somewhat helpful, both him and Mike(Manager) completely ignored me after I left.. Mike was supposed to get back with me the next day regarding getting me into a 2023 Civic, but I literally heard Crickets…I then emailed Cary Carr to follow up twice, and got crickets there as well…Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Michael McKinnon, told me and my wife that Garcia Honda absolutely does not take any outside financing because we camr in pre-approved for a vehicle, my wife asked him if they used any of the local banks a absolutely does not take any outside financing because we camr in pre-approved for a vehicle, my wife asked him if they used any of the local banks and he said yes they have relationships with local banks but he would not take our check from Navy federal credit union and it located right down the street, he would not let us buy a vehicle unless we financed it the way he wanted us to and walked away very rude. I have proof of this conversation. He is a liar and a very unpleasant person and should not be in charge of anything pertaining to customer service. More
