We had the most positive, professional, and friendly experience we've ever had at any place of business, let alone a car dealership. From the initial emails to arrange a time, to the moment we left the lot- the experience was what buying a car should be. This dealership should serve as the example to all car dealerships for customer service, workplace environment, and overall professionalism. Each person we interacted with seemed sincerely happy in their job and pleased to offer their assistance. I would highly recommend anyone I know to visit this dealership. The sales manager, Phil, was friendly and could not have been more willing to help us get a deal that worked for us as well as for Martin Honda. Clark, our sales representative, answered our questions about the various models, gave us a test drive, and never put any pressure on us to make a decision about our purchase. When we came back later the same day to purchase a car, Clark immediately acknowledged us despite being with other customers. Shari facilitated our trade-in inspection, and Mike helped by finishing up the paperwork. What great team work to provide the best car buying experience we've ever had!!! Thank you again!! More
