An easy buy on a busy Saturday We saw a car we were interested in on the Jim Ellis VW website on a Thursday and were impressed by the aggressively-discounted price. I contacted them We saw a car we were interested in on the Jim Ellis VW website on a Thursday and were impressed by the aggressively-discounted price. I contacted them on the website and got a friendly call the next day offering to help me any way they could. They weren’t pushy, but made sure they’d love to show me the car. We went on Saturday morning with our trade-in and a number in our head. It was a busy Saturday and things moved a little slowly, but when they offered a deal that met our number we had no reason not to buy the car. They cleaned it up and had it ready to go. The paperwork went well, and although they were obligated to offer the usual high-priced extended warranty and protection packages, they weren’t pushy at all when we declined. Trey Shaw did a great job on the test drive and answering questions. The whole transaction was easy and we were treated well. That’s why this is the fourth car I’ve traveled from Alabama to buy fron the Jim Ellis group. More
