We had been shopping for our ideal low miles, excellent condition, and well priced Jeep for a very long and stressful month. And in the process had been in touch with numerous shady characters selling car condition, and well priced Jeep for a very long and stressful month. And in the process had been in touch with numerous shady characters selling cars. The whole process of locating a car, calling on it, getting a bad vibe and some story about how the price online was different from the actual selling price had nearly broken us. Realizing we were putting ourselves in bad company, we decided to start looking up market for our dream jeep. We saw a listing, called, Alexander picked up, yes we have the jeep, yes you can see it, I’ll have it ready for you! The clouds parted and the sun came out! Drive 2 hours and there it was, clean, shiny, as advertised. Our smiles appeared as we have just seen our new car and know this is the one. They just gave us the keys and let us drive it around a bit. It’s perfect, clean, low miles, we of course haggled a bit and the boss, Frank said sure! I don’t think he’s going to quibble over some used jeep when he has high end luxury Range Rovers and a reputation to maintain. However they treated us as if we were buying one of those luxury vehicles. With kindness and respect all the way, detailing the car, efficiently handling the paperwork, and getting us on our way just before close of business. We left feeling great about our decision and the nice folks that helped us along the way that day. No regrets and lesson learned to keep company with the type of folks that have the same values and morals as you in all matters during your time on this planet. Thanks guys! More

This was an easy out of state purchase. I contacted Joel about one of their certified pre owned vehicles and he talked me through all the nuances of the purchase including recommending wher I contacted Joel about one of their certified pre owned vehicles and he talked me through all the nuances of the purchase including recommending where to travel into. My appointment was at 9am and I was out of there in under 2 hours with the vehicle. Mike was a breeze to work with on the paperwork and Nolan helped me with all the technology. It was really a piece of cake. I’d definitely do business with Land Rover Princeton again. More

Regrettably, my experience with Land Rover Princeton has been deeply disappointing and distressing. My initial order with James Erlihk faced complications post his departure, leading to a lack of acknowledg been deeply disappointing and distressing. My initial order with James Erlihk faced complications post his departure, leading to a lack of acknowledgment from the dealership. A subsequent representative, Jeff O’Brien, promised a March delivery, prompting the sharing of sensitive information. Shockingly, O’Brien called on January 17 to cancel the order. As a loyal customer for over a decade, this abrupt cancellation, coupled with the mishandling of sensitive data, raises serious concerns about the dealership's integrity. Currently Urgent investigation with LRJ Corporate and NJ Consumer affairs regarding obtaining sensitive information and having no intention of delivering ordered cars after a year wait. More
