Michael started his career at Bourne's in September of 2003. He started as the point sales person as Bourne's expanded to the current location at Belmont Street. In his current role he manages all operations of Bourne Enterprises, Inc. He is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, MA. He has completed the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage Training. In his free time he enjoys playing many different sports and spending time on Cape Cod with his Family. He currently resides in Easton, with his wife and two children, where he was born and raised.

Bourne's was recommended to me by a family friend and now I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car! Every single person in the place was friendly, kind and had a smile on their face. They were very understanding of my financial limits and had quite a large selection of cars to choose from. THey have a "no pressure" approach which takes a lot of the stress out of car shopping. I own a used car from Bournes and could not be more happy with the way I am treated. I spent a month or two comparing prices and it holds true that their pricing is the best around. They also must not put th with the way I am treated. I spent a month or two comparing prices and it holds true that their pricing is the best around. They also must not put these guys through car salesman sales training because they don't try and sell you anything. they give you advice, walk you through what the industry trends are and make sure you are making the right decision. Buying the car was one thing; but, they way I am treated anytime I am back in there is what truly makes Bournes the best. I am now looking to buy a car to replace the one I have now...and I won't even bother look anywhere else. More

Mike and the other members at Bourne's Auto are friendly and knowledgable. This is very different from my experience at other dealerships that sales people hound you and try to get you to sign before you l and knowledgable. This is very different from my experience at other dealerships that sales people hound you and try to get you to sign before you leave the dealership. Bournes offers great selection and a staff that is not pushing you to buy rather helping you make a smart decision. Even though Mike is a manager at Bournes, he still took the time to walk around the lot, test drive cars, and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Bourne's for anyone looking to come to a dealership and not be sold, hounded, or pressured into finding a car. More

Impecable performance, quality care and timely service is what I experienced at Bournes Auto center. From the moment I drove onto the lot until the moment I drove off in my new vehicle. I was pleased with e what I experienced at Bournes Auto center. From the moment I drove onto the lot until the moment I drove off in my new vehicle. I was pleased with every attention to detail and effort that was made by this outstanding crew. They were able to provide me with the exact car I was looking for without the typical "BS" you recieve from New and used Dealers. Having only been a "new car owner" this experience changed my outlook. I will never buy a new vehicle again. There website was user friendly and also aided in my search by giving me the information that i needed before walking in the front door!! I am pleased to say that I will only take my business to Bournes! You should too! More

I am writing this as a revision of my previous review, which was negative based on a customer service issue I had after purchasing my car. After posting my review, I was contacted by the General Manager which was negative based on a customer service issue I had after purchasing my car. After posting my review, I was contacted by the General Manager of Bourne's (Michael Kelley) who understood my complaints, addressed them, and communicated with me the steps they were taking to correct the issue. I honestly thought that these reviews would not be paid attention to by the dealer, but I was proven wrong. Michael takes these reviews very seriously and it shows by his actions. I highly recommend Bourne's - great prices, friendly sales people, and a commitment to customer service. It's so easy to buy a car there and I'll be back when it's time to buy my next car. More

The entire team at Bourne's is extremeley easy to work with. I am in sales so time is valuable, I dropped my car for a few minor mechanical repairs and they had the loaner car waiting for me so that I co with. The service staff, the sales staff and the management at Bourne's Auto is among the best I have ever dealt with. Their attention to the customer, the way in which they fully explain any service required, t Bourne's Auto is among the best I have ever dealt with. Their attention to the customer, the way in which they fully explain any service required, the way they meet their time commitments, and the overall attention to details, quality and customer satisfaction as good as any dealer/service partner I've ever been to - and far better than most. I have purchased several automobiles from them, have guided on of my grown children to do the same and will always go to them first for any auto needs. This is perhaps the friendliest, most quality-conscious dealer and service staff I have ever run across and I would absolutely recommend them without questions to anyone. More

Mike was just so friendly to me. From the moment I walked in the front door he was attentive to my all of my needs. I gave Mike parameters of what I was looking for, i.e. type of vehicle, color, gas walked in the front door he was attentive to my all of my needs. I gave Mike parameters of what I was looking for, i.e. type of vehicle, color, gas mileage, time frame, etc.. Not once did this young man try to steer me off my chosen path. He was very sensitive to what I was looking for and BOY did he deliver in the end. The service and attention I recieved was not what one would typically expect from a "used" car dealer. He gave me the "red" carpet treatment just because I was in his dealership. I was sitting in the waiting room one day and was talking to a group of people who all had similiar experiences. It is good to know that genuine people still exist in such a sometimes fraudulent world. I just want to thank Mike and the whole staff at Bourne's for letting me become part of your family ! I would recommend Bourne's to anyone looking for a used car - they will make it happen and you will leave with a smile on your face. I know I did ! More

I had an outstanding buying experience when purchasing a used car from the Bourne's team. The salesman was knowledgeable, not pushy, and responded quickly to any concerns and questions that I had. Mike, the service manager, was extremely courteous and made sure that the car was in great condition inside and out. I highly reccomend buying from Bourne's.
