I was amazed at Julya's knowledge of each vehicle she showed me. We looked on the lot to find the one I wanted. Thank you to her. Mike was the first person that returned an estimated detailed cost on a vehicle that I wanted. Your dealership was the most impressive of all the ones I called for a price. I told the on line people what I wanted and he responded the quickest and i liked the estimate I got but did check others locations. Donna your Business Manager I will say was overloaded with great information on what I needed on warranty information. When I say overloaded she had all the information I wanted and help me decide what I needed in an extended warranty. She was excellent in her explanations of everything that I wanted to know about warranty. And thank you for the snacks, That was a help for our hunger pains. The snacks hit the spot. Very frustrated We spent close to four hours trying to negotiate a good monthly payment only to go to finance and have the sales manager come in and tell us he made a We spent close to four hours trying to negotiate a good monthly payment only to go to finance and have the sales manager come in and tell us he made a mistake. Apparently the truck we were trying to purchase did not qualify for zero percent interest. His interest in us and our time seemed meaningless and though he said he'd try to get us a lower interest rate than our personal bank his attitude came across more like he didn't really care that he had wasted our time. We were told by salesmen Mike Gonzales that he would look into it and give us a call the next day. That never happened... Before purchasing your next vehicle here make sure they double and triple check the vin numbers to make sure they don't waste your time. It appears your time is not important to them. More

Service Dept. - whole 'nuther story. Try calling them. They don't answer the phone? Why? Make an appointment for a simple tire rotation - wait 3 hrs! I noticed they were not honoring appointments, but giving preference to customer-pay work. Toyota Care - a joke. In reality - none of the Toyota Service Depts. at any Toyota Dealer in SA are worth dealing with. More
