Service was done on time as promised. I waited for the vehicle and had to sit in the showroom as the waiting reception area was full. My wife and I were looking for a new GMC Terrain with specific color's and options. In this day that is not an easy task, this search lead us to Carlisle Buick GMC. Being an hour away we called the dea specific color's and options. In this day that is not an easy task, this search lead us to Carlisle Buick GMC. Being an hour away we called the dealership and ask if they had the vehicle we were looking for in stock. We made an appointment for the next evening. When we arrived we were greeted by Amber. She made the vehicle available for a test drive and she went along on the test drive, which was very helpful. Once back we sat own and worked out a deal, which went pretty smooth. Amber was very professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our new Terrain and our experience at Carlisle Buick GMC Cadillac. More
