Took my car in to just get a flat fixed, and it took three hours. I was there at 7:30 AM and did not leave till almost 1030. I had to go up to the service people and ask them “where is my car”?. The man three hours. I was there at 7:30 AM and did not leave till almost 1030. I had to go up to the service people and ask them “where is my car”?. The man got up and walked to another desk and found my paperwork among other paper work marked “WAITER” he said the man that was helping me left for the day, I’m like” and nobody bothered to even look at his paperwork”. If I hadn’t asked for my car, I would still be there. Worst service ever!!! Will never go back. More

Took my car in for service at North Park Toyota where I bought it. Michael Godina was awesome, service was fast and excellent! From the time I purchased my vehicle to every time I get My Corolla serviced at NPT, I am thoroughly satisfied! My Corolla was practically given to me for free.
