He was part of the bad experience. wasn’t honest or thorough at all with the whole process. The owner is the real beauty. Wish I recorded our phone conversation when he called to try and smooth out the mess that his company is. When I told him I no longer wanted to go through with the purchase of the truck he completely turned and got super immature and unprofessional. If he was such a successful dealer and he could sell the truck 10 times over as he told me, it shouldn’t have been a big deal. It was like he was trying to bait me and get me fired up when I could care less. He made very personal comments and assumptions about me and my character and it was just a complete joke. Tough guy on the phone. I’ll make the assumption he has a gambling / drug problem and probably is the best family man. Definitely doesn’t go to church on Sundays. The whole process was a complete waste of time and I hope he enjoys his life in that xxxxhole of a town, selling xxxx box cars from his xxxx box building. Complete loser. More

Auto Country was able to show me the ropes and walk me through the process with minimal effort on my part. I am SO HAPPY I chose to work with Mike and the rest of the guys at Auto Country. From picking OUT my car on the website to picking it UP in person, the entire process took only 5 days. (It would have been MUCH faster, but I needed to find insurance first). The financing was extremely fair given my credit history (or lack thereof), which only made the process so much easier. Everyone had great communication with me and even dealt with the RMV and insurance company on my behalf, which saved me multiple headaches. All of this paperwork was completed in around an hour, and everything was very organized, which made it easy to understand. This all happened on a Thursday afternoon. Mike told me he would prepare get the car ready over the next few days. I picked the car up on the following Tuesday - it was detailed and in fantastic conditon for the year and model (2013 Chevy Cruze 2LT). It ran like new and had no problems! It has been a month with the car now, and I am still very happy with my purchase. Overall, Mike, Nick, and the rest of the guys at Auto Country were able to provide me with a first car buying experience I would recommend to anyone buying a used vehicle - whether it is your first or last car. They are honest, helpful, and not only know the business very well, but also thier customers. Would definately do business with again! More

Long overdue review, great place! First, I apologize for the delay in this review, time ALWAYS wins. I bought a 2007 Yukon Denali XL from auto country about a year ago and now getting around for this review. I must laugh at not only some of these one star reviews as well as any other dealership. Listen, it's rather simple people. You are buying a USED car, with lots of miles. If you want brand new, then go to a new car dealer and pay the price. A used car is that. A risk to any buyer. It could be perfect today, and tomorrow something can break! It's not the dealer's fault unless they hid the issues, but any educated buyer can generally see past this. Now, this is my review/experience. It was simple, easy transaction, and they sold a solid vehicle. I drove nearly 4 hours to buy this here (price attracted me). They really went through this truck and replace a lot of things, and made it right. Even at the time of negotiation, they fixed a broken door handle and rear defrost line (none are state inspection items). I even requested at my cost to replace plugs and wires, and they sent pictures to me during the process for piece of mind. I still to this day have an occasional issue, but it's an 11 year old truck with 170K, so it's expected, and at NO WAY do I blame the dealer! Just fix it and keep driving. We took it on a 10 hour trip to DC with 5 kids, two adults, and our luggage last week with no issues. Great experience, great truck, and be cautious over these one star reviews. AND PLEASE, if you have an immediate issue with the car as you drive off, this dealer probably didn't know about it. Be nice and courteous, as they will in return and try to rectify the situation. They don't want to loose their reputation over something silly. Leaving a bad review and nasty comments shows the characteristics of yourself, and those bad reviews probably travel with you from dealer to dealer. I apologize that I don't recall the gentleman's name I worked with, but up most professional and respectful and patient. Thanks!!!! More
