After extensive online research, I contacted Bob to schedule an appointment. The car was immediately prepared on my arrival, and I was able to do a test drive with Doug. The car was in a good condition (no accident, regular maintenance records etc.), so I decided to purchase it. Since I was a bit afraid of taking it home by myself (about 10 miles away from the dealership, but it's been a long time since I used to drive), I asked Bob & Doug whether the car could be delivered home safely with help of any person at the dealership. Very thankfully, Gep & Michael helped me to bring the car to my place. Gep kindly explained additional details about how to use each part of the car, too. Overall, both the quality of cars they have & their attitude toward customers were touching. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Great Dealership I Absolutely love this Car dealership. I bought a 2007 Hyundai Elantra over a year ago, That was the best car I had. I went to the Nissan dealership I Absolutely love this Car dealership. I bought a 2007 Hyundai Elantra over a year ago, That was the best car I had. I went to the Nissan dealership before this place but they charged soo much for a car, I than came here and I loved the family that owns this business, Unfourtnally I got in a car accident and the guy totaled my car, I came back to this dealership because I loved the cars and their help and honesty. They really do help you out a lot to get the car you want. I now have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra and I LOVE it. I would never go to another dealership EVER, Chad, Bob, Michael, Dana,BIll and Doug are very helpful and they are very nice, I brought my sister and her husband to his dealership and they now have a car through this dealership and she LOVES it. Very Recommend to come to this dealership. More

He was a great all around guy who gave us great insight on many different vehicles and most importantly made us feel at home. They were very patient with us and took a lot of their time to make sure that we found the best vehicle for me. Mike encouraged us to go to other dealerships to look around, showing the confidence that their vehicles would be the best in the area. And their confidence prevailed! The vehicles I looked at there were the best vehicles for the best prices. Mike ensured us that they put in the time and effort to make their cars look and feel as if they were brand new, and you could tell; all of the cars we looked at were in great condition on both the outside and in. The whole team there was very laid back and ready to help whenever needed. Overall it was a great first time buying experience for me, and my father also had an enjoyable experience. We will definitely come back to Auto Direct when needed to potentially purchase another vehicle. More

What a great day. I had been looking for a Mercedes car for a long time I had even settled on buying one all the way in North Jersey. My wife and I had went to Auto Direct a few years back when we were just window shopping. And after a very bad experience at another dealer. My wife reminded me about Auto Direct. when I went to their lot they had multiple Mercedes for me to not only chose from. They gave me the keys and went on three different test drives to assure that my car buying experience would be a great one. After I found the vehicle that I wanted Chad and Doug did eveything they could to make sure I was able to get into the vehicle. I was impressed by the way the whole situation was handled. From Mike the sales man to the gentlemen iside. And what really was the topping was that the owner called me for a follow up to insure that I was satisfied with my Mercedes. There were a few minor things that they promised to fix and they honored their word and have done it. I would strongly recommend anyone to go look at their wide selection and great prices and I'm sure you will do usiness with them. More
