When I arrived at Audi of Silver Spring my beautiful Audi was perfectly detailed. The finance manager, Serge was polite and expedited all the paperwork quickly. The General Manager, Michael Giovanni thanked me for my business. And, right before I left I was assisted by James who set up everything in my Audi A5.
