I’ve been leasing vehicles from Honda North for fifteen years. Michael DeRosier contacted me sixth months before my lease end to inform me that it may take that long to get an ordered vehicle in. When I informed him that I moved to RI, he didn’t hesitate. Two days after Christmas and 4 months ahead of schedule, Mike called to tell me there was an HR-V available that was the same as I ordered. So we confirmed our original deal and he delivered the vehicle to RI. Mike went out of his way to help me out. Thank you, I love my 2023 HR-V. More

Told me 3 hours to repair, and got me out of there in 45 minutes. Was doubtful that the sun visor replacement would be covered under warranty, but the parts and labor were no charge.
