The process of buying the car wasn’t bad and had good communication with our sales lady. But she never really followed up after the car got delivered to see how everything was recieved. The car could have been delivered with a fresh detail but wasn’t 100% clean inside. Also you guys were over 30’days late with sending us the title/registration and we incurred late charges which I am still pending from your dealer. More

Loved Joseph Grant he was great. I of course would have liked to be able to deal a little and had an offer of some extras going out the door but otherwise he was fab. Michael on the other hand just tried to sell me an extended warranty and when I balked, his demeanor towards us shifted negatively. It was noticeable. Left a bad taste in my mouth. More
