From start to finish the process was informative, relaxing, and fun. Yes i said fun. Our sales person Michael Cox gave us every bit of knowledge he had. Was eager for us to drive as many vehicles as relaxing, and fun. Yes i said fun. Our sales person Michael Cox gave us every bit of knowledge he had. Was eager for us to drive as many vehicles as we wanted. With the no pressure no hassle policy they employ makes it very relaxing. Prices are competitive without playing all the games. When you find the car you want you then meet with the finance manager Tony Wright. Now there is a different experience. Nothing overwhelming. Just the information you need. You are put at ease the second you walk into the office. Without a doubt the most fun i ever had signing papers. He was very eager to find the deal and the payments we wanted. Turned out the vehicle we wanted was just taken in so they didnt have time to do the complete inspection and detail. They sent us home in an identical vehicle for the night. Best experience i could have ever imagined. More

Webt in to look at a car with my own financing lined up. Everything started out great until i got car insurance for the car and was told that the finance manager would by the name of tony would follow back Everything started out great until i got car insurance for the car and was told that the finance manager would by the name of tony would follow back up. was advsied to but almost 4 times a down payment down, get a co signer or even a trade " even though i had my own financing" and not to call then bank my loan would be through due to i would be muddying up the waters, i asked if a went to the cheapest car on the lot if it would make a difference and was still advised o wouldnt be able to get a car without this amount down. was advised i would not get my deposit back tioll days later after returning the car due it needed to be avaailable to show to other buyers. " after hassling i then was advised i could get my deposit back" i understand business is business but to give customers the run around like this is extremely unexceptple. Never once was able to speak to the financne manager and kept going back and forward endlessly with questions my sales guy could not answer. i took my business elsewhere and was in the car i wanted in almost an hour with no waorries. More

Rob Sight Ford has a top notch reputation. Recieved an immediate response to my internet inquiry and met with Michael Cox. First class no pressure sales and very knowledgeable. It started off a great experience, I was dealing with Michael Cox and he was very helpful and sat me down to explain things. I took the car home for the weekend to check it out. I called the dealership Michael Cox and he was very helpful and sat me down to explain things. I took the car home for the weekend to check it out. I called the dealership on Monday to tell them I was going to purchase the car and would be paying cash, immediately after I said I was paying cash I was treated differently. I was given attitude and basically told that I would have to jump through hoops if I wanted to pay cash and that it would be better if I financed. When I got to the dealership to sign papers I was rushed around to sign everything only to sit for over an hour in the service department while they fixed a tire and "detailed" the car. Finally I was done and ready to drive home in my new car... or so I thought. I got in and they had just peeled the stickers off the windows and ran it through an automatic car wash. There was sticky stuff on the windows, they didn't even bother to vacuum, and the floor mats were still in the trunk. I quickly turned around and when I got there Michael was gone for the day... Christian was able to help me out and get my car cleaned up and ready for me all with a smile on his face. I also had a pleasant experience with Tony in the finance department. After all was said and done it was an "OK" experience thanks to Christian and Tony but I don't know that I would return to purchase another car. More

My husband and I bought a used truck from Mike Cox . He was very friendly and helpful on the purchase of my husband's truck. He was able to answer the questions that my husband asked, and if he didn't know was very friendly and helpful on the purchase of my husband's truck. Poor Mike was not having such a good day, as his morning didn't start off too well. I believe that it was his niece that he was taking to her job, and then trying to get to his job on time for his FUN FILLED Saturday sales meeting, that he NEVER wants to miss! And low and behold he comes up over a hill, and oops, there's the COP! The gracious person that he is, he pulled right over, and graciously accepted his speeding ticket. What a guy! And then to continue to your job, have a smile on your face, and go out into the freezing cold to help customers, and try to make a buck! Job well done, my son! Our next stop was to go see the dreaded Finance Guy, Tony Wright! Oh, my word, what an adventure that was! I didn't want to leave, this guy is a crack-up! My husband and I have been married for 38 years(very long years, I might add!) and we have bought a LOT of vehicles, and we have never had a smoother transaction as this one. Besides being crazy, he really knows his stuff! It was his birthday, you know, and we told him Happy Birthday, of course, and he said, Well, I'm celebrating my birthday tonight; so I asked him when his birthday was, thinking it was either the day before, or the day after, but oh no, it's in April! And please, if you're single and you're looking for Mr. Right, this is the Mr. Wright for you! Get it, Tony Wright, MR. RIGHT! This guy is in the right business, because he is a wonderful People Person! Don't get me wrong, Mike Cox was wonderful, too, but this other guy; he's way out there! Best of luck to both of you young men, and I've already shared my experience with other people, job well done! More

I was thoroughly impressed with this dealership. From start to finish they were friendly, knowledgable and easy to work with on multiple levels. I was suprised by how genuine everyone was given the stere start to finish they were friendly, knowledgable and easy to work with on multiple levels. I was suprised by how genuine everyone was given the stereotype of most car dealerships. I would recommend Michael and Tony to anyone looking for a "new" used car. Thank you guys for making this experience enjoyable and less complicated than it could have been elsewhere. More

I bought my Acura from Rob Sight Ford and love it. Michael was friendly and very low pressure. I have bought several cars, and Tony is by far the easiest finance manager I have ever worked with. He was also respectful of the fact that I had young children with me. When my wife and I had to discuss the financing decisions, he left "his" office to allow us to speak privately. As with any used car buying experience, there is always the potential for an issue with the vehicle after the purchase. Unfortunately, I did have a couple of issues. Fortunately, Rob Sight Ford has an awesome general manager, Rich Poe. He personally took care of me. He was friendly, concerned about my issue, and apologized for my inconvenience (repetitively). Most importantly, he communicated with me frequently until the issue was completely resolved. In my opinion, this is the most important part of a car buying experience. Anyone can sell you a car. But, to make you feel comfortable with service after the sale... That shows the true essence of a dealership. Ultimately, I bought a great car, saved around two thousand dollars, and Rob Sight Ford went above and beyond, to take care of all of my needs. The hardest part of the whole experience, was picking which vehicle we wanted. More
