Manager was terrible. Rude obnoxious had attitude. Last time my family will ever buy a car and this was our 3rd but no reason to drive 3 hours to Sarasota only to be mistr Rude obnoxious had attitude. If you look up professional in the dictionary you’ll see a picture of Alex Johanson next to it. When I came to the dealership he had the vehicle ready, paperwork ready and I was in and out of the store with a picture of Alex Johanson next to it.
