Although,there were other similar vehicles out there that I was interested in, and at the end of the day, I knew it would be Ekins that I went back to. Their passion for the customer experience, the genuine time they take to understand my needs, (which have been very different each time), and working diligently to structure the best deal on each occasion is what keeps me going back. Harder Than It Should Be! Car buying should be easier. I had an appointment with a Great Sales Rep., Boris Korolic but when I handed him a Shop, Click, Drive price quote this b Car buying should be easier. I had an appointment with a Great Sales Rep., Boris Korolic but when I handed him a Shop, Click, Drive price quote this became complicated. He had to check with Sales Manager. It was a $2,000 difference in price for a new Chevy Cruze. I was told it was a mistake with the GM site not being updated with new sale. It took several days to work out. I ended feeling that Elkins was giving the best deal that they could and at least I had brought this issue to light so others didn't have to have this experience. The web site needs to be current including Shop, Click, Drive to increase Trust and Sales. More

They truly have a family owned feel to the dealership. Bill Wiles was my salesman and he was wonderful. I had a specific vehicle in mind when I went there and he made sure I got the one I wanted. Mike Bergholtz was working with the banks to get me financing and I really felt like he did his best to get me into the vehicle I wanted to be best possible price. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful but Bill and Mike make me feel very comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Elkins to anyone looking for a new car. Jason listened to my concerns, requests and price points as we discussed which options would be right for me at this time. I test drove the new Equinox and fell in love. Jason and Michael provided me with every incentive and discount available to make the numbers work for me. I was impressed with how hard they worked to meet my requests. The entire process from discussion, test drive, signing documents to setting up the tech features was relaxed, personable, and professional. We will be back! More

As a 25 year old walking into a dealer requesting to buy a special edition Camaro is not typical but Bill did not pass any judgement and had no issues looking at the car and coming up with a deal. I would recommend buying a car from Bill anyone i know especially any type of hybrid or electric car in which he is very knowledgeable and knows all ins and outs of electric vehicles. Mike Bergholtz and Bill Wiler walked me through each form and explained exactly what each one was and answered any question i had. More
