Went in for a test drive. Ended up working with Terrence Day and he's been great ever since. I was able to get the car I wanted without any problems, at a good price. I then spoke with Brian Paige during de Day and he's been great ever since. I was able to get the car I wanted without any problems, at a good price. I then spoke with Brian Paige during delivery day and he was extremely straightforward with everything. I also talked to Michael Bellina briefly and he was able to answer my questions without a problem. They have been amazing and now have a repeat customer! I'm enjoying my new Stelvio! More

Awful Experience Boiler room environment... They initially sent me a quote that was $13K over the advertised vehicle price. After calling them out on it, I received an Boiler room environment... They initially sent me a quote that was $13K over the advertised vehicle price. After calling them out on it, I received an updated offer from their VP two weeks later. Random associates have been contacting me regarding the same car, complete and utter nonsense. Just yesterday, their computer system was compromised, and I received an email requesting sensitive information. Gabriella Rivera, their concierge manager, is beyond unorganized and does not have the ability to follow-up in a timely manner. I wouldn't provide them with any sensitive information. No deal, regardless of how good it is, is worth having your identity stolen. More

The day after I received the car I had a question regarding the gas tank door not opening. I notified the salesman which referred me to the service department. The response was “ pry it open with a s regarding the gas tank door not opening. I notified the salesman which referred me to the service department. The response was “ pry it open with a screwdriver”. Neither new that the car had to be turned on to open the gas tank door. I received a notice that I over paid by $1,000. Six weeks went by and my wife called on my behalf. The response was “ your husband should have noticed the error”. An error that dealership made. He made it sound like they were honest and doing me a favor. So if I didn’t pursue this matter they would have kept the deposit knowing that they were at fault. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE/LEASE ANOTHER MASSRRIATI EVER AGAIN!!! PS to the dealership, no phone calls or emails will be responded to. Service matters will be handled at another dealership. More

GREAT AT SALES TERRIBLE AT COMMITMENT AND INEGRITY! I bought a Black on Red 2017 Levante S before 1-2 days before 2020, as we all know official dealerships with pre-owned certification sales are general I bought a Black on Red 2017 Levante S before 1-2 days before 2020, as we all know official dealerships with pre-owned certification sales are generally higher vs the private dealerships. The certification from a private dealer costs $4,500 vs official dealer for $2,500 for the warranty 3 years. Now let's cut to the chase while I was shopping around I came across great deals but I wanted White on Red S model, there was exactly the car I wanted in PA. The price was almost $4,000 cheaper with the extra luxury package with bigger wheels than the car Gold Coast sold me for more money and more mileage on a Sunday "MIKE" the sales manager calls me and tells me why I'm so wrong to buy from another dealer and how it's worth spending couple thousands extra from us. Now I buy the car with a certified check the next day! First of all, I gotta say JOE the service manager came in after my second visit from for the following issue took great care of me, what a great gentleman. 1: 18-inch wheels instead of 20-inch 2:scratches, and interior liner full of bread crumbs completely dirty on a rainy day. 3: Since it was winter season one day it was nice figured out climate control wasn't functioning. 4: The fuel door jammed. 5: 3 visits to the dealership to get rid of the muffler exhaust issue. It has not even been 3 full months. 6: Every visit to the dealership you have to almost wait a week or a minimum 3 days before a loaner car becomes available while they take your car for almost a week to fix the defects. Looking at other dealerships and with a full variation on market prices for the 2017 Levante S lux or not I almost paid $10k extra for a piece of mind but I never received it. Instead, I got a beat-up unlucky car which i didn't really like in the first place. I requested a swap and FLAVIO very nice person who iv communicate through texts was trying to get me a swap for a WHITE ON RED MODEL S. Unfortunately they don't have exactly the edition I want but they have what I want but that vehicle has a few more options which they want to charge me $9,000 out of pocket extra above all iv already spent at their dealership. After thinking about the total cost iv purchased a 2017 MASERATI LEVANTE S with 36k in change miles out the door after taxes, protection plan in NYS cost me around $64,000 plus additional $9,000. Any dum person can go on Car Gurus and purchase an Excellent newer year make with fewer miles and better package for the total amount id be paying them!. I did my homework its best to buy from a private dealer and just pay $4,500 for the 3-year warranty package unlimited miles and don't get xxxxx by them over a freakin loaner car treatment otherwise you can be one of me who's just upset writing this long review after a terrible experience. Iv never had to send the same exact car to service for repairs 4 times less than 3 months and not to mention on the first visit I had to pay for windshield wipers. How do you sell a certified vehicle without detailing fully inspecting it and especially rotors? How can you make any sense to me with "WE ARE SELLING YOU A CERTIFIED CAR"? How do you have the guts to ask me for an additional $9k after iv already overpaid more than the market price, and not to mention the SWAP your offering me has 30k miles which even this day I can find the same exact car for even cheaper than $51k with probably less than 30k miles for sure since Car Gurus has every dealer's inventory listed. This is March 10, 2020, after all the time iv consumed wasting going back and forth with them since December 29, 2019. I had enough of their FLUFF TALK and they brought me to a point to upset me enough to catch this long review. I hope anyone who reads this uses some common sense and pay attention before you make a quick decision like I did and fell for the overpriced purchase with a car that I don't even like the color of! More
