We loved the vehicle. He expedited the paperwork and got the car ready to leave the lot while we waited for my husband to come back up with our kids so he could sign paperwork. Mike Minner worked with us in finance and it was the best experience I’ve ever had! He explained packages and was honest about what he would get and packages that we shouldn’t consider. He saved us a good amount of money with his advice and kindness. Everyone was so patient and kind with our toddlers too. I was dreading getting a car with our kids at the dealership, but they made this experience quick and so enjoyable. I had wanted to buy a used vehicle from him and I had a bankruptcy on my credit. Him and the salesman Jamie assured me all I had to do was get a letter from the lawyer. We left the dealership and 25-30 phone calls later over a several day time period no one ever got back to me to get me the information I needed to get the letter. They literally had to do nothing to get the sale. I needed to do it all. I even tried calling them to tell them I would pay cash for the vehicle. Which I had. But they still wouldn’t return my calls. I wanted to just go up there as I really wanted the vehicle but I’m sorry, I’m not begging you to take my money. I will never buy from bomarito and I will surely make sure I let everyone know how “amazing” their customer service was. More
