Mr. Brandon found the ideal new vehicle for me, demonstrated all the new and improved features for me, promptly and efficiently handled the paper work and had me back on the road in a new car in short order. Also, I should mention the promptness and efficiency of the Finance And Insurance Manager, Kevin. Everything went quite smoothly getting through all the paper work. Best car buying experience With a growing family we were in need of a bigger car. After contemplating for weeks about a car that would work for our family we decided to see if a With a growing family we were in need of a bigger car. After contemplating for weeks about a car that would work for our family we decided to see if a Cadillac Escalade ESV would be something we could afford. We visited other dealerships and decided it wasn't feasible. On a recent family trip to Tampa we stopped into Ed Morse in hopes they could find a reasonable used one in their network. We were greeted by Michael Brandon who was more than willing to work with us. We immediately told him the car was most likely out of our price range and we didn't want to waste his time. He insisted we see what he could do. It was great to have the feeling that a salesman was working for us. He and the sales manager were patient and willing to exhaust every possibility in an effort to get us the car of our dreams. We have never had a better experience. Michael was great.
