Purchase New Vehicle I purchased new vehicle at this location KIA Sportage 5 days ago (which by the way I LOVE it!). The salesman, Michael Aponte was polite, never pushy and very informative. The whole process was spot on including Finance Manager, Brent Sullivan. I even met briefly with the Owner at one point. Would definitely recommend! The only reason for a 4 star review is the detail I received on the car before picking up ( I left car for 2 days so detail could be done while I arranged coverage on Insurance) was less than desirable. I didn't notice these things when test drove so can only assume it was done in detail and attention to the details were not done. When I got to dealership the day to pick up they were still or just started detailing so I believe they were in a hurry but they had plenty of time from signed paperwork. On the passenger side upper inside door upholstery had two hand prints where someone had placed there to either get out or while they were cleaning car and then inside front windshield and rear-view mirror were coated with a thin film of what I can only assume was cleaner (lightly oily residue) as it had to be cleaned again once at home in order to see properly outside window. Only if their detail department would take as much pride as their Sales & Finance then this would have been a no brainer for 5 stars! More
