I attempted to purchase a car from this dealer on line. I was told I could buy the car by Craig. I was making arrangements to get it and was called back and told by Michael that they had someone else interested in the car & he wanted to get it into Septembers numbers. The following day I still saw it on line. I called and was told it was available. Then I was told to hold on and was told they had a deposit from someone else out of state. I tried to put a deposit the day before. Seams like they are trying to pull a bait and switch. They price a car low then wont sell it to you. Complete waste of time. Dishonest dealer, run! More

I used Edmunds to send out quote requests to the 4-5 closest MB dealerships for a 2013 GLK250 BlueTec.Flagship was among the quickest ones to reply. When I wanted a color/option combo which wasn't avail closest MB dealerships for a 2013 GLK250 BlueTec.Flagship was among the quickest ones to reply. When I wanted a color/option combo which wasn't available off their lot Craig was able to locate the vehicle for me from CT. Negotiation via emails was quick and haggle-free with Mike Andrews. Pricing was also competitive and inline with my expectations for leasing the vehicle (I tend to do extensive research prior to leasing/buying any vehicles). Mike Frazier (Product Specialist) and Marcelo Kopper (Finance Manager) were both very courteous and professional when I finally went into the dealership for signing the papers. Mike even went above and beyond and personally delivered the car to my house (40 mile drive) on the next day after he got the car registered and cleaned. He thoroughly went over all of the important features of the car. He also gave me a followup call the next day to see how everything was going and whether if I'm completely satisfied with the vehicle. Overall it was a very pleasant vehicle leasing experience. I will definitely recommend Flagship to any family members and friends if they are looking to buy/lease a Mercedes in the future. More

Flagship Motorcars in Lynnfield MA. certainly earns their negative reviews. I called to schedule a test drive for a CPO E series sedan. Upon arrival I was directed to salesman Irving Lizardo. I explained negative reviews. I called to schedule a test drive for a CPO E series sedan. Upon arrival I was directed to salesman Irving Lizardo. I explained I wanted to test drive a vehicle I located online. Irving confirmed the vehicle was still available and proceeded to review the carfax and maintenance of the vehicle. An hour and a half later, I finally got the opportunity to test drive the vehicle. I liked the vehicle and wanted to inquire regarding the price. Irving conveniently omitted the part about the Herb Chambers "smart pricing" until the end. They even have a video to watch regarding how they price their vehicles. I guess that's a good way to justify why they are overpriced. Irving finally gave me the numbers on my trade and I asked how much the car would be discounted. Irving stated, "Nothing." He referred me to their "smart pricing" again and stated it was fair. Don't be fooled by their BS "smart pricing" tactics. I researched Autotrader and Edmunds and found many other Mercedes, same model, with lower mileage for cheaper money. They were ALL certified pre-owned. I politely told Irving that I did not want to waste his time and declined to buy the car for that price. As I stood up, Irving stopped me and stated he could maybe get my trade an additional three thousand dollars. (What a coincidence that my trade immediately developed three thousand dollars value) Enter Sales Manager Marc Limage. Typical sales tactic of bringing the sales manager to the table. I asked why they couldn't reduce the price of the vehicle. Marc said he could reduce it by one or two hundred dollars. It was insulting to say the least. I finally thanked him for his time and walked out. Irving stated he would call in a few days. I received a call from Internet Manager and Client Care Specialist Craig Bovio. Craig actually asked me if I could see myself in that vehicle. That's the extensive "client care specialist" training you get at a Mercedes dealership? Pathetic!! I explained to Craig the only issue I had was the price difference. Craig said he would call me back. I NEVER heard from him again. I received a call from Business Development Manager Michael Andrews. Michael was the third person calling me asking if I liked the car. I told him I loved the car but had only one issue. The price difference. He too, said he would call me back. I NEVER heard from him again. I finally heard back from Irving nine days after my test drive. Irving asked, "Where are we?" I reminded him of our discussion about the price difference. I further explained that I would sign a deal TODAY if the numbers were right. Irving said he would call me back by the end of the day either way. I explained to him that Michael and Craig said the same thing and never returned calls. Irving assured me, and promised he would call me by the end of the day. I NEVER heard from him again. I called Flagship on Monday and spoke with New Sales Manager Gil Otero. I was referred to Gil from a friend. Gil was pleasant and I explained the situation. Gil apologized for his employees and looked into the car for me. Gil then apologized and stated, the car was sold. Two managers and one employee can't even follow up with a return phone call? This is a luxury car Mercedes Benz dealership that prides themselves on customer service? I expected a lot more from a so called "Mercedes Benz" dealership. Unfortunately for Flagship, "word of mouth" runs deep, I can assure you. I will inform everyone I know of the negative experience. I will never have a need to go to any other dealership. Thank you, Darnell! You are the best there is and your team was so wonderful to me that I will never forget the kindness and compassion and respect t Thank you, Darnell! You are the best there is and your team was so wonderful to me that I will never forget the kindness and compassion and respect that I was treated with. I came in with no expectations and I was shown every car I wanted to see, and Darnell custom selected a car just for me! Flagship Motorcars carries a message of hope and today was a true example of human compassion, kindness, and understanding. I was beyond impressed with the exceptional professionalism and high level of respect in which I was treated. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a smiling, friendly, beautiful ,professional Mercedes Specialist Executive, Darnell. I explained to Darnell every fear and concern that I had about being approved for a lease or car loan, and Darnell put it out of my mind and directed me to some cars she thought I might like. It was exciting because I liked them all, but Darnell could tell I was comforable in the C300 because it had the feeling of the small car I was used to, but it also has all wheel drive! It was easy to tell Darnell about my fears regarding possibly being approved (or not) for a car loan because when I was going through cancer, I had to stop working for ahwile, and I took a setback. I fought the cancer for a few years, but I won the battle and now even though I am now five years cancer free, I was still driving my "bucket" list car that I thought I would never outlive , (but I did!), and, it seemed a little impractical to keep throwing money at repairs for it, and I decided I needed to get something more practical. I, again, expressed to Darnell my uncertainty of my ability to become approved for a lease and realized that it was time to time to find out-mainly because Darnell took the time to go over my finances with me and helped me to see what my options were, and she helped to put my mind at ease avout it. We then ventured out to the lot and took a c300 for a spin. It was easy to drive, and after driving the C300, I was already happy with a car. I moved on to some E series sedans and suvs, but I was too afraid to drive them because they felt too big for me. I was used to a small sports car, but one that did not have all wheel drive. What I really like about the C300 is that it is a sports car and a sedan wrapped in one- will all wheel drive- and just to help me even more, Darnell very generously worked to get the trade- in value of my old car up to this phenomenal and unexpected number, so it was easy to put money down and that was the perfect deal for me.It could not have been sweeter- and the finance team was also extremely compassionate and understanding. I enjoyed meeting everyone who was involved in the deal. I know Darnell was just as excited for me as I was excited for myself and when the finance manager told me I was approved I was overjoyed, and I could tell that it was heartfelt by Darnell. Darnell held my hand every step of the way, and paid special attention to my questions and needs and concerns. I have never felt so pampered by a car dealership anywhere ever. Darnell is by far the best car dealership executive I have ever met. I liked how she helped me think it through and how all the possibilities were explored and Darnell made the best possible solution happen. I traded in my 12 year old z3 Roadster for a beautiful 2013 c300w 4matic! My lease payments are shockingly low. It was a like a very good dream that all happened in a day's work. A day that Darnell worked very hard to assist me in my purchase, even putting her lunch aside. I will never forget how well I was treated by Darnell and how pleasant she made the entire car shopping experience from start to finish.Today, Darnell made it possibe for me to put the past behind me, and leave it all behind- the cancer is over- the bucket car is over- it is time to move on and look to the future. Feeling accepted and approved by the finance team was a huge step for me in moving forward with my financial future. I was so touched by their willingness to help me, and Darnell was able to act as a liaison to help me communicate with them, so we were all on the same page the whole time. I could not be happier to have met the kind people at Flagship. They are number one in my book and I will never go anywhere else because Darnell is the best there is. Wendy New Mercedes driver More
