Paige was very helpful from the beginning of the process right through to the delivery. She has also checked in a few times to be sure everything is going well with the car. I also was assisted by the Director of Pre-Owned Operatons, Michael Andrews. Paige and Mike really worked hard to make sure I got the particular type of car I was looking to buy. Before I took delivery, Alfred Aloise in the Service Department did a nice job with a few last minute details. I also had the good fortune to meet Sales Manager Nick Loannidis. He is a gentleman and helped answer some of my questions. The team at Flagship Motorcars is truly first class. I am really enjoying my Mercedes C 300 and would not hesitate to buy another one here. More

Highly recommend this dealer when shopping for a new auto! I recently purchased a used SL and could not have been happier with all the people who were involved in the process. The car was well presented, all paperwork was shared so there were no hidden information or mystery to the car. This included not only a CarFax report but a multi point inspection done by the dealership when they took the car in. Repairs that were made prior to its re-sale were reflective of that report and I drove away confident I knew what I was paying for. Rare with used car sales. I will 100% be back! More

They take your money and run Purchased a low mileage CPO vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle produces an intermittent hum, similar to blowing across the top of a bottle, at highway speeds. This was not evident during the test drive. When I called the salesperson to ask about it, he stated that he also heard that sound when he was driving the car up for delivery. He had made no mention of it any point during the delivery. He then continued to justify it by stating another vehicle he delivered had the same issue, so it must be normal (it's definitely not). The dealership has not made any offer to correct the issue... So now I'm on the clock to get it fixed before the warranty expires. This dealership clearly does not care about the customer once they have the money. Be warned that they use fillers to hide scratches and paint defects on the vehicle, so be cautious about that. After a few washes, this filler will disappear and you will see the true condition of the paint. My vehicle had scratches on almost every square inch and holograms caused by improper use of a rotary buffer, all of which were hidden in the showroom by the paint fillers. I will need to spend hundreds in paint correction to fix this. I know I did not cause the scratches because I'm extremely careful in washing my vehicles... I only use microfiber wash mitts (replaced after each wash) and microfiber drying towels (also replaced after each wash), never an automatic car wash. When filling out the CSI survey, I tried my best to be fair and honest (in spite of not having that courtesy extended to me)... and minutes after filling out the survey I received a voicemail AND email trying to guilt me for my response. I would like to think that someone who just gave you $30,000 would deserve a little better... but apparently that's the way it goes at Flagship Motorcars. In spite of all this, I would have considered returning to the dealership for my next purchase... but after discovering the paint issue that definitely will not happen. This just was not a positive experience. More

At the dealership I met Franco Leonard, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Herb Chambers says he seeks to make it easy to help people buy cars, not to sell them cars. Franco Leonard is an exemplar of this approach, and sought to help me buy the car. His follow up was timely, friendly, and helpful without being intrusive. For the orientation, Chris Kosivas was patient clear and thorough to make sure both me and my wife had a good understanding. He even offered to come help us with the garage door control! (Which we didn't need). Franco followed up in a few days to be sure had no problems. I couldn't recommend this dealership any more highly! More

I wanted something special, but not too exotic, too expensive, or too specialized for daily, year-round, all-weather use. Thanks to Kari Boreske and the always-interesting pre-owned inventory at Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield, I am now the proud owner of one of the most beautiful cars on the road today -- a 2014 E-350 4Matic Coupe, which I bought from the most personable salesperson at this or any dealership. Congratulations to the entire staff for setting the standard for auto dealerships. Even the session with the closer -- who is traditionally the most obnoxious person at other dealerships -- was very pleasant. So congrats to Gil Otero for breaking the mold. More

My initial contact was with the Internet Department and Craig Bovio. Craig was very responsive and his first offer indicated that they wanted to sell me a car. I had the tremendous please of working with Ibe, yes, just like the auction house...He could not bend over far enough to treat me as his only customer. Ibe represents everything we expect but most times never receive. He puts the customer on the pedestal and gives service. Plain and simple. He respects your time and money.
