My consultant, Mia C. was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped me secure my 2nd vehicle with a smooth transition. We've purchased four cars (both new and CPO certified-used) from Annapolis Mercedes-Benz in the past year (2022/2023). We are not hobnobbing with the one-percenters',and I'm sure that doesn't certified-used) from Annapolis Mercedes-Benz in the past year (2022/2023). We are not hobnobbing with the one-percenters',and I'm sure that doesn't matter to the professional staff of this marvelous dealership. However, the level of professionalism, openness, jovial demeanor of both our sales consultant (Mia Castle), and our finance manager (Allen Belcher) was phenomenal. I'd like to include that all interactions with any and all individuals (from receptionist, appraiser, management) at this dealership was completely comfortable and honest. More
