I have purchased 30 vehicles in 27 years. This was one of the top three experiences, all those being fairly equal. This is how purchasing an automobile should be conducted. New lease Has a leased Toyota coming due the end of March. Was not impressed with there deals so I went with my wife's recommendation and checked out Five Star Has a leased Toyota coming due the end of March. I initially dealt with Melvin in Internet sales as I was considering leasing a Ranger XLT. In the end, the wife and I went to the dealership in person and dealt with Alfred. He knows his product and helped me get a good deal on a new 2020 Escape (loaner). Very happy with the deal More

Over the years they have worked to improve relationships with their customers and I believe they have made great strides. My experience in buying my 2003 with Jeff Crabtree was a great experience. During the years Jeff was promoted and rightly so, and when I came in to help my daughter find the Ford she wanted, he introduced me to Mel Siebel. We had such a great experience with Mel that I bought a 2018 from him. The Fords I've owned were the best cars ever. I had them for 13 plus years. I loved each one and in my opinion, Ford is the best vehicle to own! Jeff and Mel.....you guys are the greatest. Being a female, your courtesy and professionalism was more than I expected but so greatly appreciated. Best to you both. More

My fears immediately faded when I met Melvin and his easy-going attitude. He found me the exact Explorer I wanted and was on the ball the entire process. His knowledge of the vehicle was great and made sure I was 100% happy. He even gave me a red key chain for the Texas Tech Red Raiders and a blue one for the Dallas Cowboys! Those small gestures go a long way in showing he paid attention! We also worked with "MIT" in finance and he was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much, I love my new Explorer! More
