I had my car dropped off for a total of 6 days for a check engine light and loud noise when wheels were turning, picked my car up with check engine light on and loud noise. I went back in to explain and check engine light and loud noise when wheels were turning, picked my car up with check engine light on and loud noise. I went back in to explain and was told nothing they could do. They did a test drive (3 miles) and said they didn’t notice anything. I just purchased this car from this very same dealership and don’t recommend them at all. :( very disappointed because I really liked them when I was sold the car. More

I spoke with Melonie Pitisci this morning looking for a Chrysler 300 and she immediately found a couple to choose from at another dealership that she could get for me which was fantastic. Upon arriving at the dealership I spent most of my time with Don Porcoro who was excellent to deal with today. He made sure I Left with the vehicle I wanted and worked with me to get it as soon as possible. He made the car buying experience wonderful. I also met with David Lachina who handled some final paperwork. He was extremely efficient and provided me with clear steps before I left for what needed to be done on my part. This was my first experience with an Herb Chambers Auto Dealership and and I was very please with the entire experience. More
