Fantastic start to finish I was buying my first car, went in to see Anthony, told him it was my first car. He let me take it for a test drive and when I got back he simply aske I was buying my first car, went in to see Anthony, told him it was my first car. He let me take it for a test drive and when I got back he simply asked if I had any questions, no pressure, no you have to talk to a manager. He told me have fun test driving all the other cars I wanted to check out and if I had any questions to give him a call . I drove about 15 other cars both new and used and then went back to drive the accord again. Still no pressure asked what I thought of the accord and the other cars I had driven. He went over the benefits of Honda of Kenosha and of the car. I got a follow up call the next day and an email. A few days later I called and asked for pricing, they sent an email with an out the door price, car gurus had it listed as a great value already. I called him back and let him know I wanted to buy it. When I got there he had it gassed up and all cleaned. He told me to take it for another drive just to make sure it was the right car for me. When I got back they had all the paperwork ready to go. We got all the paperwork done in an hour and they got me a better rate than I had found. Anythony went over the whole car and all its features, set up my phone and helped me get everything adjusted. He told me if I had any issues or questions to stop by. A few days after my purchase he called to thank me again for my purchase and asked if I had any questions. More

Great Experience When I asked other dealerships to match Kenosha's price on my new CRV they said I could not buy the car for that price & Kenosha was going to do somet When I asked other dealerships to match Kenosha's price on my new CRV they said I could not buy the car for that price & Kenosha was going to do something to jack up the price when I went in to finalize the deal. That did not happen. Dealing with Roberto, Melissa and the rest of the staff was seamless. Never had a better new car buying experience. I hope to be able to provide feedback in a month or so to hopefully continue my praise of the dealership. Tom More

I went in to get a payment price on a 2019 Honda Passport EX-L to lease. I had received quotes from Racine Honda but since the Bristol dealership was on the way home from my work, I thought I would stop in. They proceeded to show me a payment that was hundreds (NOT EXAGGERATING) over what Racine Honda had quoted. They told me that Racine was just saying what they could go get me there and would not be able to follow up. They talked me into looking at the Pilot and then came up with a payments that were still higher then Racine. The Managers there kept up on how Racine could not do what they were saying and started me on signing paperwork. Lucky for me the Racine dealership called and I answered. They promised they could get me in the Passport at the payments I wanted and the down payment I offered. Well after getting insulted for 10 minutes on how I shook hands and I was a bad guy for walking out, I left. I served as a Marine for 12 years and I know what Honer is. I shook his hand in the fact that he was being honest with me also. Sorry, but the Bristol dealership and their staff were not. I did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect, even if I did shake hands. I do know what disrespect is also... Well anyway to make a long story short, Racine did what they said and I was very happy. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP AROUND... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RACINE HONDA... More

Never again Similar to my review of the rest of the dealership. The dealership had my car for three days to diagnose a 2018 Accord 2.0 rough shifting issue. I st Similar to my review of the rest of the dealership. The dealership had my car for three days to diagnose a 2018 Accord 2.0 rough shifting issue. I started out by telling them its needs the clutch break in procedure. Two days later they performed that procedure after a conversation with Honda tech. Got the car back back last night. I was told that the issue was resolved. It was not. Car still shifts poorly. Treated with disrespect during the entire process. Will take the car to a another Honda dealer that is more competent. More

Never again! I found a leftover 2018 Accord Touring. I worked out a deal over the internet and drove up to Wisconsin to sign the paperwork. I signed an odometer statement in the finance office which said the car had 65 miles on it. It wasn't until I was on the way home with the car that I realized it had over 1000 miles on it.! In the ten or so emails I sent back and forth negotiating this information about the mileage was never revealed to me, Follow up calls to management at this dealership were treated with the same level of disrespect. The practices of this dealership are unlike any others I have dealt with. They act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to spend your hard earned money on a new car. More

Roberto was very res On New Year's Eve, I purchased a 2015 Buick Lacrosse. The purchase experience was speedy considering my personal circumstances. Roberto was very responsive in our interaction, was very helpful, polite and pleasant to work with. My only complaints are, the dealership made me purchase a maintenance plan with my car, that is not included in the advertised price, stating that the maintenance package comes with the car and can not be removed. Secondly, I informed Roberto several times that I wanted GAP insurance, they did not add this coverage, which is for me, the customer, very important. And third, I didn't realize until today when I was setting up automatic payments with the finace company, that the dealership added an additional $1000+ dollars to the original purchase price of this vehicle before adding on the maintenance package, tax title, etc. Therefore, I'm kind of dissappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I get tired of dealerships doing unethical things to their patrons. If it had not been for those 3 issues, this would have been a wonderful experience. More

Dishonest Sales and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased a 2018 Accord EX from Honda of Kenosha, while the car is fantastic the experience was awful. I used True Car to find the vehicle I recently purchased a 2018 Accord EX from Honda of Kenosha, while the car is fantastic the experience was awful. I used True Car to find the vehicle and understand approximately what I'd pay, this was explained to the sales person (Leo) who let me know that it was a phenomenal deal and went on to explain some of the perks "included" with this purchase. These perks were NOT included in the cost of the car, each had an additional fee - Auto Butler (which I mentioned I'd never use as I don't live in the same state as the dealership) $1,000, extended bumper to bumper warranty $2,000, Color Pros $4,000. When discussing my monthly payments with Leo using a calculator to show that something wasn't adding up I was told that I must be factoring in the interest wrong and that "there's no we we're up-charging you that much, but finance can break it down for you." When I sat down with Jesus from finance we looked at the line by line breakdown which showed these charges I asked to have them removed but I was told there was "no revisiting" and that I was essentially stuck. Later that evening I spoke with my brother in-law, who works at a car dealership, he advised I request the warranties be canceled as that's a fairly standard process. I reached out Melissa Koerber, Customer Service Manager, who put me in touch with Corey, the dealer's General Manager. Corey was responsive via email but required me to come to the dealership to discuss the cancellation. I took a half day and made the trek from Chicago to Kenosha only to be told that there's nothing they can do outside of canceling the only useful warranty, the bumper to bumper - if that's the case why not mention that via email and save me the trip and a half days time? Additionally Jesus mentioned the dealership doesn't actually honor True Car pricing and that they advertise their cars online at prices far less than they're willing them for to get people in the door - very dishonest. After an hour of arguing the dealer agreed to reduce the cost of the Auto Butler (that I'll never use) but they can't do anything for the $4,000 Color Pros. Net Net - Don't trust these guys! I didn't ask for any of these warranties nor were they properly explained by sales, I was charged $7,000 more than I should have been, and was basically told to hit the bricks when I brought these issues to the dealer. More

Roberto communicated to business office and other employees at the dealership for me because I do not live close to the dealership. He went out of his way to make me and my children comfortable when car shopping and negotiating the final purchase agreement. I really appreciate his attention to detail and making sure that me the customer had my questions and requests addressed. I appreciate that Roberto or Melissa at internet sales gave me time to make a good decision about my purchase, while maintaining a reasonable amount of communication over a couple weeks time. More
