They did a fair evaluation of my vehicle. Even though it was beyond repair, the company allowed me to keep it there till a tow company helped retrieve it. The service here is always good. I had a recall to take in and it went smoothly. My only complaints are that it took a long time to get an appointment and no loaner car. I understand that there are lots of cars on recall so it's not feasible. However, not everyone has time they can take off of work. More
