Very poor experience with the service department and I wouldn't recommend them. I've gotten my Jeep serviced there many times since it is close to my home but will be going elsewhere from now on. First off I've had numerous experiences were they were ordering a part etc and said they would get back to me and they have dropped the ball numerous times and never followed up with me. They also were unable to perform emission testing on my car due to issues with a sensor which resolved with a software update but again they couldn't figure this out and said they were going to reach out to Chrysler but again did not get back to me. Finally I contacted them and they did the inspection but despite me already paying for it they charged me again. More
