Having a salesman (max) try to sale me Hydrogen for my tires and claiming I will never get a flat, after telling me about the price of the said magical air, he said he could not take it off do they come tires and claiming I will never get a flat, after telling me about the price of the said magical air, he said he could not take it off do they come from a factory like that. Also maybe not talking bad their customers to other salesman’s he could sale more vehicles. Me and my wife went back to the dealership a few days later and bought a 2022 Ram 2500. Some salesman just need to learn to listen to what customers want and need before acting snotty and having a poor attitude thinking we are wasting their time. More

Purchase a new 2022 ram 2500 and no one ever took the time to show me the features, how to operate the radio.I basically had to talk some to someone at work that had a older model 2500 to teach me things time to show me the features, how to operate the radio.I basically had to talk some to someone at work that had a older model 2500 to teach me things I need to know about my new vehicle. But I do remember speaking to one of the salesman (Max) prior to buying the truck and said that with nitrogen in my tires for additional cost I would never get a flat tire, and he could not take the cost off the price of the truck because it was factory installed. Sam in finance was awesome with setting up our loan, working with Scott over the phone and then Max in the store made our experience fantastic! They’re ok. If you are paying for oil changes now, there’s much better places who charge less and are quicker. These guys tried to say my rear brake rotors were bad at only 10k miles so I took it to a brake shop and they laughed and said they were fine and like new. I’ll never go back here unless for warranty More

Started off great. Nice guys, very helpful. Waited 3 months for my truck. Now waiting on $10k check they owe me (said it would be here 3 weeks ago). They ordered Nice guys, very helpful. Waited 3 months for my truck. Now waiting on $10k check they owe me (said it would be here 3 weeks ago). They ordered my tonneau cover, came in last week….without mounting hardware. Told it would be here last Monday, it is now Wednesday. They also ordered floor mats…….still waiting. I understand things happen and some are out of their control but I don’t get so much as a phone call. No updates, no “we’re still waiting”….nothing. I have to be the one to call to check on my money and my parts. Of course, when they were waiting on my money, the phone calls we’re never more than a day apart. Funny how that works. I’ve been promised phone calls from everyone including the sales manager…..still waiting. Great guys but let’s hope this doesn’t continue and is not indicative of future problems. More
