You get badgered, if they don't have what you want they will somehow try to shoehorn you into something they do have on the lot. I'm sure just reading this makes you queasy. While browsing online I found something that fit most of my criteria, and came to visit Max. We drove, it and while at first I thought I was OK with the colors, in the end I had to turn him down. This is where the experience takes a turn and why I will always come back and send my friends. He said that was fine and that he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. They didn't have what met my needs. Two weeks later he sent my something that fit what I wanted and more. If you are in the market, get to BMW of Silverspring and ask for Max. More

Easy, Quick, and Professional! Max Moyer had the vehicle I was interested in ready to go when I got there. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, but I never felt pressured or rushed. The test drive was a great experience and Max made it fun. We got back to the dealership, went over all options, and I was allowed to make my decision in an easy, comfortable environment. Chap Banda was my BMW "Genius" and showed me all the features in the car and was very patient and polite and knowledgeable. Andrew Lippincott guided me through the paperwork and had me out of there very quickly and painlessly. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely buy another vehicle here, something I usually dread...Keep up the great work and thanks again! More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I just finished the best car buying experience. Ever! I won't get into all the negative details of my previous BMW experience, but I will say that it I just finished the best car buying experience. Ever! I won't get into all the negative details of my previous BMW experience, but I will say that it got escalated to BMW corporate, and they were the ones who recommended BMW of Silver Spring to help me find my new car. I was so fortunate to be connected with Max Moyer. To say he (and his sales style) were a breath of fresh air doesn't do justice to breaths of fresh air. The minute I walked into the dealership, Max was at the door waiting to greet me at our scheduled meeting time. He knew I was initially interested in a few different models, and to my amazement, he had all the cars pulled out front and lined up for me to look at so that we could narrow down choices. It took a few hours for me to find the car I wanted, and in addition to his amazing patience, Max never once applied the pressure I have felt at traditional dealerships. Over the next few days we negotiated via email (yes, I said email) and when he offered to drive the car to my office so that I could have one more look at the car I was most interested in, I knew then and there I would be buying the car AND I would be buying it from Max. We did so many things via email and scans that when I walked in last night to finalize and take home the car, EVERYTHING was ready for me. Even the often dreaded visit to the finance person to complete that paperwork was an absolute joy. Bottom line: Max Moyer is the face of the way car buying/leasing should be and will be in the future. If you are even remotely interested in a BMW in the DC area, please take a moment to find Max and the great team at BMW of Silver Spring. More
