This guys has no class, he is a talentless time waster of a professional, who i will be personally reporting to BMW North America! They are so bad a dealership its not even worth writing more about my ti a professional, who i will be personally reporting to BMW North America! They are so bad a dealership its not even worth writing more about my time wasted and terrible experience, than this paragraph. Do not go here ever! Because really the team is just a reflection of this inept Jnr level professional. Who clearly is a crook and a time waster. Also beware of how many of the XB7 Alpina they have and their lack of knowledge, there is something wrong with them and they are not transparent about anything at this place, beware shady characters. This used to be America were customers had recourse and respect. More

After a previous bad experience at another dealer I called Braman BMW. I spoke with Mr. Kenneth Vallejos and I explained to him my situation.
