Two great service calls I had my 4 Runner in for two service calls last week and Matt did an excellent job coordinating them. One was an auto butler appointment that the car I had my 4 Runner in for two service calls last week and Matt did an excellent job coordinating them. One was an auto butler appointment that the car came back looking brand new and the other was an airbag recall. I used the complementary shuttle service with the recall and both Matt and Gary kept me updated on the progression of the service and made sure I was taken care of. Gary was very nice and right on time. He was also very cognizant about how time of day and traffic was going to effect me and made sure I was finished before traffic got heavy. Very happy with both their customer service. More
