We had a great experience at Honda of Covington. We made an internet inquiry about a vehicle on the lot. Matthew Vidrine responded via email. We contacted him with a few more questions. He was willing to st an internet inquiry about a vehicle on the lot. Matthew Vidrine responded via email. We contacted him with a few more questions. He was willing to stay late to meet us around 6:00pm. We were able to finalize the deal on the same night. Everyone was willing to help with closing the deal that night even though they were working late (after 9:00pm) and we were the last people in the dealership. It was raining and they even opened the service bag for us to transfer our personal belongings from our old Honda Pilot to our new Honda Pilot. More
