At our request, without needing to go in and establish paperwork, he walked us to the cars we asked about, and at our request arranged a test drive. No pressure of any kind - we were charmed. We could not imagine a better new car experience; the team even graciously stayed late to finish the details. This car buying experienced exceeded our expectations. I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could, but one is the lowest I could give. I negotiated a deal for a new 2023 Mazda CX-50 with Victaveon "Sonny" Forehand and new car manager, Matt Tudor. I told them I would contact them as soon as I was back from vacation, which I did. I made arrangements to test drive and purchase the car for the out the door price I was quoted. When I get to the dealership "Sonny" is busy so they send David out to help me. After the test drive we go inside the dealership and I'm then told that Matt told David to tell me that they could no longer honor the out the door price I was quoted because the deal expired at the end of January -- they knew I was on vacation until 2/4. In any event I left the dealership very frustrated and angry. They never told me what price they could honor. But that's ok because I went to Mazda City of Orange Park and bought my brand new, beautiful Mazda CX-50 from Victor, who IS HONEST and FORTHCOMING, unlike Sonny and Matt. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!! BUYER BEWARE More

Today, 6 Feb 2023, my wife and i drove to the dealership to test drive and finalize the deal on a CX5. Matt, sales manager, DID NOT honor the out-the-door price that was quoted even though Sonny, the sales to test drive and finalize the deal on a CX5. For sure he is a sales manager because is closing many deals. With total disregard to the client. How ? It looks no one care Terrible buying experience . Luckily, he was not in the dealership at pick up , so the deal was finalized in a totally different manner by a a different manager. I mentioned this bad experience, to everyone i know. I will be back at this dealership to buy another car and hopefully i dont have to see him again. I have to mention a positive thing : They have a superb service department. More

We were contacted by Hodges Mazda about some Mazda incentives toward renewing our lease. We spoke to Matt, the sales manager and visited Hodges to talk about the benefits of a new 2021 Mazda CX-5. We were able to pick out our new CX-5, a white Grand Touring and keep our monthly lease payment very close to the same payment we had on a 2018 Grand Touring. Jordan was very professional and informing. Jason, the Finance Manager also very pleasant to work with on our lease contract. The entire experience at Hodges was stress free. We had also leased our 2018 CX-5 with Hodges with a great team. Thank you to the Hodges team for a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Hodges to anyone looking to lease a new Mazda. I would also like to recognize the service department on service performed on our 2018 CX-5. Always a professional and friendly experience. More
