Sales staff was extremely friendly even after the sale, ensuring that anytime I was at the dealer, I was as comfortable as possible. Matt was an excellent sales rep, knowing nearly everything about his inventory and openly admitting if he wasn't entirely sure. Given my experience with the dealer I would absolutely recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a car. More

Buying a car is always stressful because you want to make the best purchase possible to benefit your daily needs. Matt worked very hard to find me the exact car I was looking for the time I spend doing busin the best purchase possible to benefit your daily needs. I must say he was very accommodating to my wants and needs as a buyer, and I truly believe he cared deeply about my concerns when I was looking for a car at their dealership. Not only did Matt go out of his way, but the whole company did everything in their power to make sure I was happy with my experience. Believe me, in the past few months, I've walked in and out of quite a few dealerships. So imagine my surprise that upon entering O'Daniel Mazda, I was greeted warmly and with treated with utmost respe and out of quite a few dealerships. So imagine my surprise that upon entering O'Daniel Mazda, I was greeted warmly and with treated with utmost respect. I asked for Matt, with whom I had communicated via email regarding a Mazda 3, and Junior told me he was not in, but that he'd be glad to assist. Junior promptly located a car on the lot which closely matched my inquiry, and as I drove, he pointed out the vehicle's features. Knowing that I was not prepared to purchase that day, I revisited the dealership 3 more times, and Matt allowed me to put the 3 through its paces in various road conditions. Upon arriving at the dealership each time, I was greeted by name by the sales staff. Never did I feel pressured to purchase, nor did I feel condescension of any kind; rather, each member of the O'Daniel team was patiently confident that the Mazda 3 would win out. Not only did Matt follow up with me, but he also promptly found THE vehicle I requested. So,after driving my "runner-up" make and model several times as well, I chose to purchase the Mazda 3. Yes, the car is "ahhhmazing, daaahling," but the individual regard of the sales team sold me: not only on the vehicle itself, but also on the promise of prompt, reliable, individual service in years to come.In fact, my experience was so positive, I think I may just drop in and surprise them all with an "electric Amish" hand built pie.....
